Christmas surprises

Anna and Clara are fond of all sorts of Christmas traditions. "Do these Christmas stockings not look absolutely festive, Clara?" Anna asks, as she hangs stockings for Clara, the children and herself by the fireplace. "Oh, definitely. I wonder whether they will be filled with small surprises, come Christmas," Clara replies with a knowing smile.
